According to political experts why the announcement will not be made today

It seems that the possibility of announcing election dates in Gujarat today is less. According to political experts, many government programs are still pending in Gujarat. One is Defense Expo which is being organized on 20-21-22 October. In which the Prime Minister himself is to attend. In such circumstances, there is little possibility of declaring Gujarat elections. Earlier also Defense Expo was organized in March 2022. But due to some reasons it was pushed back. Gujarat Expo is considered to be a very big program of the government.

BJP's third 'Gaurav Yatra' in Gujarat :

Assembly elections likely to be announced around Diwali, with the first phase of voting in late November Currently, BJP has organized a 'Gaurvayatra' for the election campaign. In it, he has made a plan to cover all 144 seats. BJP is going to start Gaurav Yatra for the third time in Gujarat.

Earlier in 2002, the then Chief Minister Narendra Modi undertook this journey after the communal riots of 2002.

After this, a similar journey was made in the 2017 elections. BJP has benefited both times.

In 2002, BJP won 127 out of 182 seats. At the same time, in 2017, the party won 99 seats and the Congress 77. Political experts believe that the BJP is buoyed by the gains it made in both the Gaurav Yatras, it is sure to benefit this time as well.
