PM-KISAN Next Installment

The Government of India supports small and marginal farmers under the PM-KISAN scheme by providing ₹6,000 per year, disbursed in three equal instalments of ₹2,000 each.

📅 Next Installment Date

  • The next (21st) instalment of PM-KISAN is scheduled for 19 November 2025

  • Important: Only farmers who meet all the eligibility conditions and have completed the necessary verifications including e-KYC will receive it on time.

  • If your name isn’t in the beneficiary list, or e-KYC is pending, payment may be delayed.

✅ Key Eligibility & Verification Requirements

Before you receive the instalment, check that the following are in order:

  • Your land-holding details are registered in the PM-KISAN portal. (Press Information Bureau)

  • Your bank account is seeded with your Aadhaar number, and the account details are correct. (Press Information Bureau)

  • e-KYC is completed (via Aadhaar authentication) — if this is pending, you may miss the instalment.

🔍 How to Check Your Status

  • Visit the official PM-KISAN website: pmkisan.gov.in

  • Go to the section “Farmers Corner” → Check Your Status / Beneficiary List. Select your State → District → Block → Village, and see if your name appears. (News Post)

  • On the website you can also see messages like “e-KYC pending”, “Aadhaar mismatch”, “Land record incomplete” etc. If you see such messages, you’ll need to take action.

e-KYC for PM-KISAN: Step-by-Step

Completing e-KYC for PM-KISAN is very important — without it, your instalment might not be credited. The process has been simplified by the government to cover different methods. (Press Information Bureau)

 Methods Available

According to official sources, e-KYC can be done via:

  • OTP-based e-KYC (uses Aadhaar number + registered mobile number)

  • Biometric e-KYC (via fingerprint / iris at a Common Service Centre) (www.bajajfinserv.in)

  • Face-authentication (via Aadhaar Face RD) for those who have smartphone and camera access.

 Step-by-Step (Online via OTP)

  1. Visit the PM-KISAN portal → Farmers Corner → e-KYC. (PM Kisan)

  2. Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number and click “Search”.

  3. Enter your mobile number (must be the one linked to Aadhaar).

  4. You receive an OTP on your mobile. Enter it and submit.

  5. On successful verification, your e-KYC status will be updated (usually within 24 hours) and you will be eligible for the instalment.

 If Online Doesn’t Work

  • Visit your nearest Common Service Centre (CSC) to complete biometric or face-authentication.

  • Ensure your mobile number is linked to your Aadhaar. If not, update Aadhaar mobile number at an Aadhaar centre.

  • Check that your bank account details, land records etc are updated correctly.

 Why e-KYC Matters

  • It ensures that the scheme reaches real eligible farmers and prevents fraud.

  • Without e-KYC, the instalment may be on hold or rejected.

  • Helps in seamless direct benefit transfer (DBT) to the farmer’s bank account. (Press Information Bureau)

What You Should Do Right Now

  • Check your name in the beneficiary list for the 21st instalment: visit the PM-KISAN portal and verify your status.

  • If your e-KYC is still pending, complete it immediately via OTP or visit a CSC.

  • Ensure your Aadhaar is linked to your bank account and the bank account details are correct.

  • Update any discrepancies in land records or other details with your local agriculture / revenue office.

  • Keep your mobile number active — you will receive SMS alerts once payment is credited.

  • If you face issues, use the grievance redressal on the PM-KISAN portal to raise your query. (Press Information Bureau)
