• આ યોજનામાં આર્થિક રીતે પછાત વર્ગોના સમુહને પુરતી આવક અને સ્‍વરોજગાર ઉભા કરવા માટે વધારાના ઓજારો/સાધનો આપવામાં આવે છે.
•  આ યોજના ગરીબી રેખાની નીચે જીવતી વ્‍યકિતઓ/કારીગરોની આર્થીક સ્‍થિતિ સુધારવા માટેની અગાઉની સ્‍વરોજગાર યોજનાને બદલે તા૧૧/૯/૯૫થી શરૂ કરવામાં આવી છે. 
• આમાં ફેરીયા, શાકભાજી વેચનાર, સુથારીકામ વગેરે જેવી ૨૮ ટ્રેડમાં નાના પ્રકારના વેપાર/ધંધા કરવા સમાજના નબળા વર્ગોના લોકો ને લાભ મળશે.

માનવ કલ્યાણ યોજના સહાય ગુજરાત: 

• આ યોજનામાં આર્થિક રીતે પછાત વર્ગોના સમુહને પુરતી આવક અને સ્‍વરોજગાર ઉભા કરવા માટે વધારાના ઓજારો/સાધનો આપવામાં આવે છે. 
• આ યોજના ગરીબી રેખાની નીચે જીવતી વ્‍યકિતઓ/કારીગરોની આર્થીક સ્‍થિતિ સુધારવા માટેની અગાઉની સ્‍વરોજગાર યોજનાને બદલે તા૧૧/૯/૯૫થી શરૂ કરવામાં આવી છે. 
• આમાં ફેરીયા, શાકભાજી વેચનાર, સુથારીકામ વગેરે જેવી ૨૮ ટ્રેડમાં નાના પ્રકારના વેપાર/ધંધા કરવા સમાજના નબળા વર્ગોના લોકો કે જેની કુટુંબની વાર્ષીક આવક ગ્રામ્‍ય વિસ્‍તાર માટે રૂ.૧૨૦૦૦૦/- અને શહેરી વિસ્‍તાર માટે રૂ.૧૫૦૦૦૦/- સુધી ની હોય તેવા લોકોને આર્થિક આવકમાં વધારો કરવા માટે વ્‍યવસાય માટે જરૂરી સાધન/ઓજાર સહાય તા:૧૧/૯/૧૮ ના ઠરાવોની સાથે સામેલ ટુલકીટની યાદી મુજબની મર્યાદામાં આપવામાં આવે છે.

માનવ કલ્યાણ યોજના સહાયની પાત્રતાઃ

• ઊંમર: ૧૬ વર્ષ થી ૬૦ વર્ષ
•  આવક મર્યાદા:

ગ્રામ્‍ય વિસ્‍તારના લાભાર્થીઓ માટે જિલ્લા ગ્રામ વિકાસ વિભાગની ગરીબી રેખાની યાદીમાં સમાવેશ થયેલ હોવો ફરજીયાત છે. આ લાભાર્થીએ આવકનો દાખલો રજૂ કરવાનો રહેતો નથી.

અથવા

અરજદારના કુટુંબની વાર્ષિક આવક ગ્રામ્‍ય વિસ્‍તાર માટે રૂ.૧૨૦૦૦૦/- અને શહેરી વિસ્‍તાર માટે રૂ.૧૫૦૦૦૦/- સુધી હોવી જોઇએ તે અંગેનો તાલુકા મામલતદાર અથવા નગરપાલિકા ચીફ ઓફીસર અથવા મહાનગરોમાં મહાનગરપાલિકાના અધિકૃત અધિકારીનો આવકનો દાખલો રજૂ કરવાનો રહેશે.

નાણાંકીય સહાયઃ-  તા:૧૧/૯/૧૮ ના ઠરાવોની સાથે સામેલ ટુલકીટની યાદી મુજબની મર્યાદામાં

Terms and Conditions:

• The age limit of the applicant should be 16 to 60 years.
• People belonging to Scheduled Castes whose annual limit is ₹ 1,50,000 in rural areas and ₹ 4 in urban areas. Have 150,000.
• There is no income limit for the most backward castes among the Scheduled Castes.
• If the beneficiary or other family members of the beneficiary have availed the benefit earlier under this scheme, the benefit is not recoverable under this scheme.
