3. Click on the “More” option from the dropdown list.
4. Under Online Services, click on the “Application for new ration card” icon.

6. Click on “Download Form” if you want to submit it offline.
7. Click on the “Apply Online” link for online submission.
8. Register yourself if, not already.
9. Log in through your credentials.

If your application is returned for change or to fill incomplete details, kindly submit it within 37 days of return. If fail to submit within 37 days application will be disposed with rejection. The application fee will not be refunded.
